Welsh Rail Framework Consultation

Enginuity is undertaking a four-week public consultation on there view of the Level 2 and Level 3 Rail Infrastructure Apprenticeship Framework, on behalf of the Welsh Government.

We are working together with a range of sector stakeholders from across Wales including rail employers, training providers, Welsh Government, Industry Wales and Qualifications Wales.

The apprenticeship framework is being revised to ensure that it is up to date and fit for purpose to meet the needs of the rail infrastructure sector in Wales. Further, it supports the vision of the sector to develop an increasingly skilled, flexible and effective workforce, whilst providing a positive route for attracting and retaining staff into the rail infrastructure sector.

Then we need your input.

We are inviting feedback on the revised draft Apprenticeship from those working in Track Maintenance, Signalling, Electrification, and Telecoms in Wales, to ensure the apprenticeship reflects what is needed in your sector.

This is your opportunity to help shape the rail infrastructure workforce and to contribute to raising the profile of careers in our rail engineering sector.

Mae Enginuity yn cynnal ymgynghoriad cyhoeddus pedair wythnos ar yr adolygiad o Fframwaith Prentisiaeth Seilwaith Rheilffordd Lefel 2 a Lefel 3, ar ran Llywodraeth Cymru.

Rydym yn gweithio gydag amryw o randdeiliaid o’r sector o bob rhan o Gymru gan gynnwys cyflogwyr rheilffyrdd, darparwyr hyfforddiant, Llywodraeth Cymru, Diwydiant Cymru a Chymwysterau Cymru.
