Enginuity to share SME Snapshot Survey insights in upcoming webinar

Enginuity will present key findings from its SME Snapshot Survey, sharing insights from over 250 UK engineering and manufacturing SMEs on skills investment, rising costs, and apprenticeship funding reforms, alongside policy recommendations.

The SME Snapshot Survey captured the experiences of more than 250 small and medium enterprises across the UK. The research explores businesses' capacity to invest in workforce training, the extent to what employment costs are causing inflationary pressures, and how employers are responding to recent apprenticeship funding reforms.

The SME Snapshot is a component of the bi-annual research programme delivered by The Policy Centre for Supply Chain and SMEs: Powered by Enginuity. The research is designed to give policymakers and sector leaders a clear, evidence-based understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing SMEs within the engineering and manufacturing sector.
