The Enginuity Group is excited to announce the appointment of Alexia Williams, Luke Logan, and Rachel Wilson to its Board of Trustees. Their diverse expertise and dedication to the engineering and manufacturing sector will provide valuable support and strategic direction aligned with the organisation’s vision and values.
About Alexia Williams

Alexia, currently Through Life Technical Lead at Rolls-Royce, started her career as an Aerospace Engineering Degree Apprentice. She progressed to a master’s degree apprenticeship in Through-Life System Sustainment, driving innovation in the maintenance and availability of long-life assets.
A strong advocate for promoting STEM careers and apprenticeships, Alexia has contributed over 200 hours to outreach activities in the past year. Her commitment and leadership have earned her multiple awards as both an apprentice and an engineer. Through her work and advocacy, Alexia not only drives engineering excellence but also inspires the next generation to pursue careers in STEM.
Additionally, Alexia chairs the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education (IfATE) Apprentice Panel and serves as the Apprentice Representative on the UCAS Apprenticeship Stakeholder Group and the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) Young Professionals Committee.
About Luke Logan

Luke brings more than 30 years of senior executive experience from globally recognised companies such as Rolls-Royce plc, BAE Systems plc, and Weir Group plc. His extensive background spans civil aerospace, defence, power, and industrial equipment, providing Enginuity with valuable insights and strategic perspectives.
As an independent adviser and consultant, Luke applies his experience to support the growth and development of his clients' businesses. He is deeply committed to promoting diversity and inclusion, fostering innovation, and aligning engineering professionalism with business success and sustainability.
Luke is also a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering, the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, and the Royal Aeronautical.
About Rachel Wilson

Rachel is a strategic HR Leader with over 30 years of experience working in the manufacturing, engineering and technology sector across a wide range of HR fields. In her current role as Director of People and Organisation for Siemens plc for GB&I, Rachel is a strategic advisor and business partner to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team of Siemens plc, GB&I. She oversees a diverse portfolio covering both strategic and operational HR, covering workforce transformation, leadership development, talent acquisition, learning and skills development, DEI and employee relations.
Rachel has also led international teams in key roles, including Regional Head of Talent Acquisition (MEAI) in the Middle East and Global Head of Strategic Projects in Switzerland. She specialised in workforce transformation, strategic talent acquisition, culture change, learning, and leadership development.
Rachel is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD) and holds a BSc (Hons) in Business Administration and French from Aston University, as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from Leeds Metropolitan University.
