Due to popular demand, the entry deadline for the Enginuity Skills Awards 2025 has been extended to midnight on Wednesday, 26 February 2025.
The extended deadline is your final opportunity to submit a nomination, so if you know an outstanding individual, team, or organisation making a difference in the engineering and manufacturing sector, nominate them before the new deadline.
Each year, the Enginuity Skills Awards celebrates the teams and individuals who inspire and empower the next generation of talent in the engineering and manufacturing sector, fostering a culture of innovation, diversity, and collaboration.
The theme for this year's event, which is being held on Thursday, 3 July 2025 is ‘Engineering and Manufacturing is the Engine of Growth’. The gala dinner will take place at the Park Plaza London Riverbank where the winners will be announced.
Nominations can be made in the following categories:
- Graduate, Degree or Higher Level Apprentice
- Advanced Level Apprentice
- T Level Student
- SME Employer Skills Champion
- Large Employer Skills Champion
- Training Provider Skills Champion
New for 2025
- New Talent Inspiration Programme of the Year
- The Enginuity Alliance Collaboration Award.
Winners of the apprenticeship categories (Graduate, Degree or Higher Level Apprentice, and Advanced Level Apprentice) and the T Level Student category will receive a £1,000 prize, with two runners-up for each category receiving £500. Organisations also have the opportunity to receive grant funding, through the New Talent Inspiration Programme category. There is a grant pot available of £20,000 to be shared by the winner and the finalists.
