We are a fully remote organisation and offer flexible working arrangements where possible in your role to help you achieve a healthy work-life balance.

Our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) offers 24-hour confidential advice and free counselling. We also have mental health first aiders to support across the organisation.

Enhanced annual leave
You start with 25 days of annual leave, rising to 27 days, plus bank holidays and three extra paid days between Christmas and New Year. You can also buy 5 additional days each year.
