Enhanced sick pay, and maternity and paternity pay

Life assurance coverage is provided up to twice your salary, and you can benefit from our enhanced company sick pay, as well as maternity and paternity pay. 

Enhanced annual leave

We offer generous annual leave options to ensure you have ample time for rest and relaxation. You start with 25 days of annual leave, increasing to 27 days with service, plus bank holidays and three extra paid days between Christmas and New Year. Additionally, you can purchase up to 5 extra days of annual leave.
