Project details

Why are we doing this?

The Automotive Reskilling & Upskilling Platform addresses the growing need for digitalisation and electrification skills in the automotive industry. By aligning training courses with future skills needs identified by the Workforce Foresighting Hub, the platform ensures that the workforce is prepared for the evolving demands of the industry.

About the project

The platform serves as a resource for employers, training providers, and skills intermediaries to source and develop training aligned with organisational workforce development needs. It offers tailored training opportunities, linking skills demands with local course provision to support the automotive sector’s transition to new technologies.
