Enginuity Skills Awards
Project details
Why are we doing this?
The Enginuity Skills Awards were created to address the growing need for a skilled workforce in the UK's engineering and manufacturing sector. With rapid technological advancements, such as digitalisation and electrification, it's vital to recognise and nurture talent that can drive innovation and sustainability. The awards aim to promote excellence, diversity, and inclusivity while encouraging organisations to invest in skills development to future-proof the sector.
About the project
The Enginuity Skills Awards honour outstanding individuals, apprentices, students, and organisations who demonstrate leadership and innovation in engineering and manufacturing skills development. Each year, the awards highlight success stories across key categories like apprenticeships, T Levels, diversity, and employer-led training initiatives. The awards provide a platform for companies of all sizes, from SMEs to large businesses, to share their achievements and inspire further commitment to building a skilled, diverse, and future-ready workforce.
Project status
The Enginuity Skills Awards continue to be a key initiative for highlighting and promoting excellence in UK engineering and manufacturing.
